Job Description

As Back-office Assistant (M / F) you report directly to the Agency Director and support him in the daily administrative management of the agency.

As such, your main missions consist in particular of:

– Record offers and orders on our software, file management and their compliance, 

– Manage invoicing, production and work in progress,

– Establish titles, and certificates to be given to customers

– Management of files and their compliance, 

– Management of the costs of OPCOs,

– Perform regular budget monitoring,

– Relaunch customers,

– Participate administratively in calls for tenders.

These tasks are not limiting.

Qualifications

You have at least two years of professional experience in similar functions, ideally acquired within a control office, with a minimum Bac + 2 training, such as a BTS Assistant (e) in SME / SMI Management. You are perfectly at ease with computer tools and data, Excel has no secrets for you.

Autonomous and organized, you have a sense of priorities and a developed sense of service. You are recognized for your responsiveness and your interpersonal skills.
