We are looking for individuals to join our team across Hinckley, Burbage and Nuneaton with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients.
As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help our clients stay as independent in their own home as possible.
You may simply be the only face they see throughout the day, providing companionship, home help, housekeeping or personal care if required. We look for CAREGivers who can happily fulfil all of these areas, so you can support our clients as their support needs change.
Unlike other businesses and organisations, you do not necessarily need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver. However, it would be useful to have some experience of interacting with older people.
This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. Nevertheless, you will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.

As a CAREGiver, you will be fully supported throughout the recruitment and training process, you will receive industry lead training, great rates of pay with enhancements over the weekend and Bank Holidays. Not only this, We also pay travel time and waiting time where applicable between your visits if necessary.
