Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Davenport, Iowa (Remote Work initially)
Duration: Full Time
Preferably looking for 3+ years’ experience candidate who has working experience in Call Center for Inbound/Out Bound
The Customer support is responsible for L1 support activities, with Personal Umbrella and Comprehensive Personal Liability products understanding. This person will responsible for inbound calls, customer clarifications, provide appropriate information and updates.
Call center agents should have insurance background, preferably Personal Umbrella basic knowledge
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Call center agents will obtain client information by answering telephone calls; verifying information.
Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements
Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
