Job Description

Along with Publicis Worldwide, Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide, BBH, Marcel, Fallon and Prodigious, MSL is part of the Publicis Communications creative communications solutions hub and the only public relations network in Publicis Groupe. We are seeking a Digital Strategist with excellent communication skills to be part of a dynamic team in one of the fastest-growing PR agencies in the Asia region. Based in Singapore, you will collaborate with experts from other disciplines such as creative, PR, and media to provide communications solutions that create influence and deliver business impact across diverse client projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic counsel to clients and account team members.
  • Build, plan and implement overall digital marketing strategy for clients, lead ideation efforts to expand programs, resulting in maximum client satisfaction as well as in increasing agency revenues.
  • Manage multiple projects and day-to-day task execution (content optimization, customer experience optimization, performance metrics, deadline & budget adherence, trends forecast), monitor and optimize performance during campaign period across platforms.
  • Develop media strategy, channel/ platform recommendations and prepare the detailed media flow plan.
  • Engage clients on day to day operations, media trend updates and various campaign reports on
  • local/regional/global levels.
  • Cultivate and/or build new relationships with clients, media and other stakeholders in order to grow new business efforts.
  • Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities.
  • Keep up-to-date with clients’ preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments.
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing.
  • Leverage available planning tools and liaise with media owners for proposals.
  • Assess creative ideas against their ability to deliver to client’s brief.
  • Liaise with media vendors & creative agencies for material submission.
  • Manage and train the rest of the team.

Qualifications

  • Proven 3-5 years’ work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital marketing manager.
  • Meticulous, good with numbers and able to organize and prioritize tasks and work under tight timelines.
  • Resilient to change and willing to keen to learn new skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external parties.
  • Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices.
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Ready to take up initiatives and ownership of projects.
  • Experience in local/regional digital and/or integrated planning and execution a big plus.
