Within our Offers and Key Accounts Development Department, made up of four Sales Engineers and a Sales Assistant, you are involved in commercial development missions for Project Management Assistance projects.
Accompanied by the Service Director, you are responsible for designing, developing and selling ALTEREA’s engineering, consulting and services.
You identify market opportunities and implement the appropriate commercial actions.
In the context of public and private contracts, you participate in the identification of consultations / competitions / calls for tenders corresponding to the expertise of the company.
You take charge of the customer’s overall needs and to do so, you participate in the launch of missions by the operational teams and monitor their successful completion.
You support the evolution of the company’s development strategy in its markets, by identifying new customer needs to adapt our offer and by participating in the promotion of new segments and new services. You represent the company at professional events (conferences, training sessions, etc.).
You promote the services to partner networks , prescribers and institutions.
Your technical expertise in intellectual service in the renewable energy sector allows you to have a clear understanding of customer needs, makes you legitimate in your exchanges with them and independent in the drafting of technical briefs during the Call for Tenders phases.
Your business developer profile and your sense of challenge are undeniable assets in achieving your ordering objectives, while being attentive to customer satisfaction and the quality of your renderings.
Your knowledge of the public procurement environment would be a plus.
Once your application has been selected by our Recruitment team , you are contacted for a first HR interview with one of our Recruiters in order to jointly check the suitability between your project and ours.
At the end of this first exchange, and if our common expectations are in phase, you will then be invited to a technical interview to meet one of our operational staff in order to discuss together the expectations for the mission. It is also an opportunity to discover your future work environment.
Depending on the skills expected, you may be required to perform a technical test.
