Job Description

Executive Assistant is responsible for execution of assignments given by the CEO of the company. These assignments can be absolutely different in their nature and can range from managing a marketing campaign to helping customers to preparing and analyzing reports.

Daily activities include but are not limited to:

  1. Execute marketing campaigns
  2. Create models and data tables in spreadsheets
  3. Write and publish content on social media
  4. Research information on different topics
  5. Assist in website development and maintenance
  6. Analyze marketing campaign performance
  7. Control execution of agreements
  8. Control proper administration of tasks
  9. Control compliance with budget and timelines
  10. Plan and organize events
  11. Improve products, services and image of the company

Qualifications

The successful candidate must be fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken, have excellent multi-tasking and organizational abilities, and be action-oriented. It is full-time, remote position (New York Time Zone) with orientation on further development in management.

Required skills and experience:

  1. Proven experience to prepare complex reports and presentations with statistical data
  2. Excellent administration and organizational skills
  3. Ability to simultaneously manage multiple assignments and constantly switch between them

Basic Requirements:

  1. Powerful computer
  2. Stable and fast internet
  3. Place without distraction and noise
  4. Smart phone
