PepsiCo’s is looking for talented and courageous individuals with collaborative and entrepreneurial approach to join our marketing teams based at our HQ in Reading.

The Future Leaders Programme is an exciting opportunity to develop people early in their careers to help them reach their full potential. We do this by exposure to a breadth of marketing experiences coupled with broad business understanding and exciting development programme.

The Programme

Starting September 2021, you’ll do 3 rotations over 3 years across roles which could include: shopper marketing, franchise marketing, brand management, account management and digital marketing.

  • Year 1: In your first year, you’ll join the UK marketing team to find your feet.
  • Year 2: You’ll have the opportunity to do a cross-functional role to build a broader understanding of the business, for example in Sales or eCommerce.
  • Year 3: You’ll come back to marketing to experience a new area of the function.

Each year you’ll take on more responsibility as your career grows and develops. We’ll give you a clear training package, tailored support and a mentor from the Marketing leadership team for the entire length of the program.

Salary and Benefits

You’ll be given a starting salary of £30,000 per annum.

Should you be successful, we will be running the assessment centres during the week commencing 9th November 2020.
