Our client who is based in Egypt and who manages a 4* Hotel with a small F&B operation is currently looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join their team. As Hotel Manager you will be responsible to effectively managing the daily operations while providing support, training and guidance to the team in order to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

You will oversee the implementation of standards as per policy & procedure and manage operations ensuring the quality and standard. You will anticipate market changes, review operations when necessary and will handle guest complaints professionally.

Responsibilities;

·Responsible for all aspects of the daily hotel operation, plus to be involved in the sales & marketing and financial performance of the property

·Well defined management and leadership skills, so able to organise and inspire the team

·A people person, customer focused and outgoing with good communication skills

·Results oriented, so able to drive profit, standards and guest satisfaction in equal measure

·The successful applicant will have proven experience & track record in a 4* hotel operation

·Sales and guest orientated

·Strong understanding of hotel management best practices with good knowledge in sales and marketing.

·Be an excellent Role Model

·Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills – understanding that great customer service is not built in a day but know the customer experience will act as a brand differentiator.

·Work closely with each department to determine efficiencies and deficiencies. Ability to recognize talent and hone their skills. Monitor, develop, promote and build a strong team with positive attitudes and respect.

·Be a good listener, show genuine interest in people and management of the hotel, be aware of competition on the island and knows how to strategize innovatively.

·Ability to prioritize effectively with superior problem solving skills – capable of making quick yet sound judgments and decisions.

Requirements:

Hospitality qualification

Currently holding a Hotel Manager position

Sales and rooms experience

F&B experience

4* hotel experience

International experience

City Hotel experience
Fluent English language skills plus any additional European language such as German or Italian would be an advantage.
