- Help shape the future: You bring in customer requirements. You represent the sales position towards Ebike Management.
- Take responsibility: You take care of global customers independently (preparation of offers, price negotiations, drafting of contracts, …).
- Implement holistically : You develop and define the customer strategy for the customer group responsible and you are responsible for it.
- Implementation reliably : You coordinate regional key account managers.
- Think holistically : You represent all Bosch eBike sales matters internally in relation to the Drive Unit product group.
- Communicate in a networked way : You conduct customer meetings at management level.
- Observe in a structured way : You observe the market and recognize trends: technology, legal framework, deriving market and customer requirements for new markets.

- Experience and know-how : Several years of activity (sales, product management) in the bicycle industry as well as a corresponding network, customer and market knowledge
- Education : Completed university degree (master’s / diploma) in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable further education
