Job Description

  1. Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales, productivity, CCR & flexibility targets.
  2. Maintain Customer Services KPIs.
  3. Follow short and midterm strategy set by manager to meet evolving market; focus on market and customers.
  4. Maintain on time response to customers’ enquiries/orders/complaints (through emails, phone) following set guidelines.
  5. Take ownership of queries and proactively follow through to resolution.
  6. Ensure all customers’ queries are investigated and resolved; escalate issues to appropriate team members.
  7. Maintain professional working relationships and communication with internal and external customers.
  8. Work closely with Global Product Development, Production, Sales and Supply Chain team in order to meet customer expectations.


  1. Business graduate from any reputed University
  2. Positive attitude towards managing customers
  3. High level of communication, negotiation, planning skills
  4. Willing to travel different places where our customers have their factories
  5. 1-2 years of experience will be an added advantage
