Job Description

  • Arrange and minute meetings
  • Administrative support for the account Manager and  Operations Manager on a daily basis
  • Place regular and ad-hoc equipment/uniform orders
  • Payroll Queries
  • Toolbox talk scheduling
  • Training Matrix updates
  • Training spend updates
  • Processing relevant invoices on a monthly basis
  • File Management of personnel information, training, uniform, purchase orders, signing in sheets
  • Collating KPI information for monthly presentation in supporting the Operations Manager
  • Monitoring of Return to works
  • Answering HR issues e.g. paternity leave
  • Booking training courses
  • General administration duties
  • Supporting the Account Manager and Operations Manager when required

Qualifications

  • Administrative experience of minimum 5 Years
  • Experience Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Computer literate
  • To fully understand Excel modules
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Health and Safety responsibilities

Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;

Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;

Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;

Report any issues or training needs to your  Line manager and /or  via your divisional incident reporting system;

Information Security

Ensure compliance with Mitie’s information security procedures in all activities;

Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager;

Report actual and suspected security incidents;
