  57. I am Hamidullah Hamed, Judge of the Badakhshan Crimes against national security Distract Court, writing this to declare that my job in the ex-regime put my life in immediate danger. As a young scholar who graduated from Kabul University and spending two years of judicial stage in 2013 , Pursuant to Decree No. 108 dated 2014 .08.16, President of Afghanistan, I was appointed as a judge. My good reputation made the Afghan Supreme Court officials to assign me as head of the Badakhshan Domestic Violence Distract Court to investigate crimes crimes against National security. in the Court of Appeal of Badakhshan Province.
    Over eight years of my work time, as a judge of that court, I served and sentenced many members of terorrist groups including Taliban. As you can see, the Afghan government has recently fallen to the Taliban, so all judges, especially national security judges which the Taliban are negatively sensitive, are under severe threat. With the fall of Afghanistan, all the prisoners and dangerous criminals we had previously tried were released, and some of them have joined the Taliban. We are also threatening them.
    Therefore, Afghanistan is not a safe place for us and our family, So my family and I are hiding in an unknown place because the Taliban have invaded our homes several times.so please be aware of me and my family (my wife’s and children) extreme vulnerability And accept our asylum to save our lives!
