Job Description
We are currently looking for an assistant manager to ensure the liveliness of the flame in our house. As a true member of the management team, you will support the deputy director of the site and therefore embody Courtepaille’s values in the following missions:
o Manage a team of 10 to 20 employees by accompanying them in the field to enable them to develop their skills
o Bring the warm experience of Courtepaille to our customers by letting them leave with a little bit of our love
o Respect the rules of hygiene and safety
o Take part in the management of the profit center with the director and his assistant

In order to be sure to appreciate all of your qualities, we will first contact you for a telephone HR interview to make sure that the match is real with the position. Then you will have an operational interview, it will be the time to develop your skills. The rest, if we choose to continue together, is a training course adapted to our working methods and a tasty career within our group.
