1. Security operation shift leader – ensuring security operation running smoothly with assist by outsource security team for day and night shift.
2. Inspections of all areas at the company to ensure that no abnormal activities.
3. Inspection areas will include:
   • Common areas, Locker area, cafeteria, auditorium, exterior walkways all exit perimeter fences and gates, production floor and office area.
4. Gold wire escort activity – Day and Night shift
5. Assist Escort employees go to HR for investigation purpose.
6. Assist Temporary Badge issuance (if employees/vendors forget & lost their badge or badge broken. if our front desk is closed)
7. Communicate with HR on giving access to those employees who were absent for 3 consecutive days and badge is disabled. (if our front desk is closed)
8. Locker issues during night shift or public holiday (if employees forget their locker keys or unable to open auto locker helping them to open or highlight to our team and vendor)
9. Main lead for Employees temporary exit gate pass verification.
10. Main lead for Outgoing goods pass (e-OGP) verification & sign.
11. Support monthly door alarm testing and checking emergency doors conditions together with permanent morning coordinator.
12. Support monthly fire alarm testing Main Security Operational Centre to assist on CCTV viewing and CCTV operating verifying.
13. Daily security observations for outsource (EG. uniform, discipline, performance) and report.
14. Employees activity observation.
15. Check security seal condition and security equipment condition (e.g. PA system, handheld metal detector, walkie talkie, post desk phone) and ensure all in good condition and report if any malfunction.
16. Shift Emergency response team commander especially night or public holiday whenever required.
17. Emergency Medical Response whenever required and lead the team till approver First Aider arrive at the incident location.
18. Assist security operation center (SOC) CCTV surveillance, door lock/unlock and arm/disarm as approved.
19. During end of the shift will pass down if any abnormality found for corrective action with shift coordinator.
20. Working pattern 7am – 7pm and 7pm – 7am

Required:

• SPM/Diploma with 4 years’ experience in security field
• Certificate in security knowledge

Preferred:

• Working pattern7am – 7pm and 7pm – 7am

Skills:

• CCTV viewing and CCTV operating verifying.
• Employees activity observation.
• Gold wire escort activity
• Inspection
