Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide support for team members and customers alike, and contribute to the overall vision and sales objectives of the store
  • Ensure the store is well-run, well-merchandised and well-staffed
  • Attract, hire, retain and develop talented and passionate Customer Experience Representatives
  • Maintain performance management records
  • Execute the store’s annual business plan as delivered by the General Manager
  • Engage and inspire our customers on the floor
  • Make meaningful connections
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment in our stores
  • Leverage our product to tell stories
  • Add joy to our customers’ lives
  • Curate specific product collections for each customer you meet
  • Leave a lasting impression

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2 + year of management or leadership experience with demonstrable skills and success in leading and developing others
  • Experience in retail or the services sector
  • Proven track record in Operations and Visual Merchandising
  • Passionate
