Field Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Our highly ambitious team, led by serial entrepreneur Mario Kohle, is supported by experienced investors such as Alexander Samwer (Picus Capital) and Lukasz Gadowski (Team Europe, Delivery Hero). We have also brought Princeville Climate Technology (advised and financed by Leonardo DiCaprio, among others) and Peter Rive (SolarCity) on board. As Germany’s first green unicorn, we see it as our duty to further advance our mission of green energy for all.  

We are currently seeking ambitious sales talent for our field sales department who would like to become part of our success story. 

• In the field, you will acquire customers and convince them of our innovative solutions.
• You will collect key technical data from customers to check the feasibility of the solution.
• By expanding your network, you continuously expand your customer base.
• Your interest in convincing people of your skills in sales discussions will lead to you generating successful orders from offers.
• In regular feedback sessions with your manager, you continuously optimize your performance.
• With your contribution and the highly committed sales team, you will help build the largest energy company of the 21st century.

• You already have several years of experience in selling complex solutions, ideally in the field.
• You are characterized by a likeable, open-minded and communicative personality, as well as your loyalty as a team player.
• Success- and solution-oriented thinking as well as a positive charisma characterize your appearance.
• You value personal development and good career opportunities.
• With a strong, proactive self-motivation, you are full of enthusiasm for your goals and achievements.
• A class B driving license is one of your qualifications.
• Your verbal and written German skills are at a business-fluent level.
