Once upon a time there was Villa Gallici, born thirty years ago thanks to the desire of 3 friends to transform an elegant Aix building into a charming Florentine Palazzo full of character. They thus created a hotel whose name and style were inspired by ancient culture. At the heart of its garden, under century-old trees, by the pool, on flowery terraces guarded by stone goddesses, the spirit of Villa Gallici is Provençal and Tuscan, warm and welcoming.

CDD contract from May 01 until October 31, 2023.

– Welcoming customers on their arrival and carrying out the administrative formalities related to their stay and accompanying them to their room

– Process invoices from departing customers

– Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

– Email management

– Respond to customer requests, emergencies and complaints

– Comply with 5-star and Relais & Chateaux hospitality standards

– Know all the services and offers of the establishment to provide precise information to customers (telephone / e-mail)

– Advise clients during their stay

– Prepare and manage morning and evening services

***UNLOADED POSITION***

• Have good interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to be proactive and problem solve in an efficient and professional manner

• Be well organized, know how to manage your time and priorities well

• Demonstrate a high sense of service and know how to work independently

• Fluency in French and English, a third language is a plus
