THE CONTENT OF THE PROGRAM?
Our diverse program offers high-quality leadership and sales training. You’ll gain the necessary theoretical knowledge and put it into practice in your store.
- The training takes place over five individual weeks in a pleasant location in Belgium and is attended by all trainees. You spend the night here with your colleagues as part of the team building exercise.
- The training consists of five modules, each including a theoretical element, role plays and group projects.
- Between modules, you will receive on-the-job training from your store’s Store Manager, as well as coaching and mentoring.
The ultimate goal of the program is for you to be able to manage your own store after the Traineeship!
