Team Leader Accountancy SME

At Accountancy & Bedrijfsadvies you serve large clients together with a small team. In this, it is up to you as Team Leader Accountancy SME to make

the difference for your clients and you are responsible for one or more teams that perform optimally under your leadership. You also ensure that our services are continuously improved. Independently, professionally and with persuasiveness, you analyze the financial situations of your clients and provide insight into how strategy and business risks influence the annual figures. You handle large and complex assignments and initiate advisory opportunities with the larger clients. In addition, you actively look for new clients, visiting network events and being involved in the association life in the region. You give internal and external technical courses and lectures. You are also a mentor/coach of the (Senior) Assistant Accountants in your team(s) and you actively contribute to their development. You monitor the progress, quality and efficiency of assignments. In addition, you work in a close-knit team with a varied client base, including family businesses and SMEs.
