We are looking for a  Tender Engineer for our branch in Schelle.

• Analyze the technical feasibility of plans and tender documents and conduct site visits to provide management with the information necessary to assess interest in the project.
• Research and compare, together with the project teams, the different implementation methods to be able to carry out the AZ project and thus arrive at the best offer (technical and commercial).
• Analyze the various risk factors and determine the impact on the budget and planning.
• Determine the total cost of a project after requesting, comparing and negotiating quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Together with the Business Development Manager you will draw up the final quotation, mainly for public works.
• You prepare the quotation based on the specifications and customer requirements, in accordance with standards, deadlines, safety and the environment.
• You monitor the entire tender process and participate in negotiations with the client together with the tender team.
• You ensure a smooth transfer of the project by informing the project team in a targeted manner about the assignment and the offer .

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electromechanics, or equivalent experience. You are interested in infrastructure and automation.
• You can deal with deadlines and uncertainties within a tender process.
• You are flexible, socially skilled and a good communicator.
• You have good organizational skills, you know how to tackle things and you have a creative mindset.
• You have the ability to present complex technical information in an understandable and attractive way.
• Experience in tendering or calculation is a plus but not necessary
• Good knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word) and Caneco is an added value.
