The VA -Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for inputting Production Data as well as supporting the members of the Production and Technical Teams with various administrative tasks.

Production Data reports will be provided to the VA – Data Entry Assistants online each day. These reports are to be transposed into a template excel document and returned by the end of the Assistant’s working day.

The Assistant will be required to use their initiative to highlight any discrepancies or gaps in the Production data to the UK based Production Data Team so that they can be corrected. It is the Assistant’s responsibility to ensure that all data is accurate and updated.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all data is accurate and complete.
  • Receive production floor monitoring reports from multiple manufacturing stages.
  • Transpose written report data into excel or other platforms as needed.
  • Interface with front line QA personnel by email, chat or phone to confirm/verify data and clarify any inconsistencies.
  • Work with Technical Process leader and other stakeholders to ensure effective results.
  • Follow client procedures in resolving/addressing requests and meet all SLA and timeline requirements.
  • Work with internal team members to address incoming requests and build an environment of continual improvement.

This is a temporary work from home set-up due to the pandemic.
