- Exceptional cruise and sales knowledge, and a minimum of 4 years’ experience within the retail or wholesale travel sector;
- Strong GDS exposure (Amadeus is an advantage) and ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems;
- Strong airfare and ticketing skills;
- Experience with groups is a must;
- Excellent customer service and management skills;
- Works within a team as well as independently;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Closely liaises with the Marketing, Sales and Product teams to deliver the best product and service to our guests;
- Sources new groups and potential groups;
- Sources airfares with competitive carriers and distributes on weekly basis top deals to Reservations, Sales and Marketing teams;
- Builds packages combining cruise and land products;
- Assists and attends both internal and external promotional functions.
