WHAT YOUR JOB WILL BE LIKE AT JYSK
- Alongside the Store Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing store routines, ensuring the store is always ready for customers, and achieving excellent sales results.
- Your main task will be to ensure campaigns, the best sales attitude and a positive, high-energy environment where your team thrives.
- You will support the Store Manager by communicating, guiding and training the team on the sales floor following JYSK leadership principles.
- You will train your colleagues in theĀ customer firstĀ attitude , in how to determine customer needs and in making additional sales.
- You like physical work and you will teach by example, selling and performing routine tasks in the store.
- You see yourself in the future as a Store Manager of your own store and you will demonstrate commitment to getting there.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- At least 2 years of experience leading, motivating and developing sales teams
- Intermediate Vocational Training Studies
- Full availability to work rotating schedules
- Good command of computer tools (Microsoft Office, email applications, internet)
- Be inspiring and communicative to create a positive work environment
- Commitment to take responsibility for customer service and results
- Be decisive, keep a cool head and guide your team even in adverse situations
- You always strive to improve your results and recover quickly after a setback.
- You are passionate about sales and are a skilled salesperson.
