Colby Community College is located in northwest Kansas, approximately 50 miles from the Nebraska and Colorado borders. From a humble beginning of 99 students in 1964, CCC now serves more than 1,900 students annually.
In addition to a 60-acre main campus, a 60-acre farm is used as a hands-on laboratory and training facility. The college also accommodates hundreds of off-campus students through face-to-face, online, and hybrid courses.
A number of studies conclude CCC is a solid educational investment. Colby has a strong history of student performance and ranks near the top for graduation and retention rates among Kansas community colleges.
Job Description
Colby Community College is accepting applications for a part-time Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach. The assistant coach is responsible for providing coaching and administrative assistance to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in recruitment of quality student-athletes, monitoring student athletic academic performance/progress, assisting with fund-raising events, preparation of training sessions, preparation of scouting reports, maintaining equipment inventory and monitoring off-court activities.
SALARY
$12,960. Includes room and board on campus.
Non-benefits eligible.
