Sanderson is working closely with a client of ours to recruit an Azure Security Engineer on a permanent basis to join their growing team in Scotland.
You will join a fast-growing company that deliver high-quality solutions to their clients. This position will be fast-paced and a great opportunity to lead the building and design of secure solutions.
From a technical perspective you will need to have a mix of the following in a commercial environment;
Proven experience with Azure
Solid understanding of modern authentication protocols and a background in cybersecurity
Knowledge of network security (TCP/IP, DNS, IDS/IPS, IPSec and TLS/SSL.)
Problem-solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources.
Ability to explain security and controls to manage risk (authentications, role-based access, encryption)
Experience of working within an agile environment and with teams delivering Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery
Familiar with Infrastructure as Code and Compliance as Code
