At Valencia Trading Office ( VTO ) we are looking for a person to join the sales team assisting Metro País del Este , to perform the following tasks:

• Administrative support to procurement experts during supply and item negotiations. 
• Correctly track administrative information in the assigned department , as well as in other VTO departments and Metro countries involved.
• Administrative support for procurement and sales experts in the supplier catalog and assortment management.
• Coordinate assortment requirements, execute product orders in VTO.
• Support the daily flow of business communications in Metro countries, such as ordering, export, and documentation processes.

ESSENTIALS:

• Professional training in Administration, International Trade, Import/Export or similar.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of export processes.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Fluency in the use of the Office package ( Excel, Power Point, etc.)

VALUABLES:

• Knowledge of the Fruit and Vegetable sector.
• Other languages ​​such as Romanian  are highly valued
