We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in Berlin Marzahn to start as soon as possible.
Job Description
- Provide customer service and support by telephone and e-mail
- Offer classic inbound service
- Take purchase orders
- Provide information about the status of orders
- Process complaints
Qualifications
- You are native Danish speaker and fluent in English or German
- You enjoy interacting with people
- You are a team player and your team can rely on you
- You have strong communication skills, both spoken and written
- You aspire to leave every customer satisfied
