As Head of Digital Sales , you will be responsible for the development, implementation and control of our B2C retail strategy in Austria. Accordingly, you have full sales and personnel responsibility for the business unit and ensure that growth targets are achieved or exceeded and thus new growth opportunities arise.

Job Description

What you can expect from us:

  • Conception and implementation of strategic growth plans for the entire Autohero business unit in Austria including the identification and initiation of new business opportunities
  • Definition and implementation of operational guidelines, standards and procedures for the Austrian market
  • Implementation of sales and productivity analyzes as well as initiation of suitable measures to achieve strategic and financial goals
  • Responsible for the recruitment and development of autohero employees in order to achieve top performance together
  • Stakeholder management and communication as well as close cooperation with different departments to further advance the success story of Auto1

Your skills:

  • Completed higher commercial training (university or FH), ideally in the field of economics
  • Several years of relevant professional and management experience, ideally in consulting, e-commerce or start-up environments. 
  • Structured, communicative and empathetic personality that enables you to lead teams in a dynamic environment and create a hands-on mentality
  • Great passion for cars and the start-up industry combined with strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German
