By joining the Distribution team, you will be responsible for training in supporting artists and labels distributed by Believe.

Thanks to a mastery of our tools, our commercial strategy and a reflection on their implementation, you will be able to respond to questions and requests from the artists and labels distributed.

This is what your days will look like:

1. Training / Support:

• Support for Artists and Labels on various issues (royalties, distribution, legal)
• Onboarding & training of artists / labels on the Believe Backstage portals and tools
• Explanation and support on album release strategies

2. Contract renewal

• Renewal of contracts and definition of commercial proposal with artists

3. Resolution of various problems

• Product delivery and takedown, royalty tracking, contract updates

In this role, you will be responsible for resolving delivery issues on streaming platforms, coordinating with the rest of the teams (Video, Support, Trade Marketing), as well as legal and accounting issues. You will support your clients on the best uses of digital technology and share your expertise with them.

This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, a strong interest in technology, data management, and a good knowledge of the music industry, artists and labels and their needs.
