Job Description

Your missions 📝
Within the Meilleurtaux Group’s HR team of 10 people and reporting directly to the HR department based in Le Havre, you will mainly support them on payroll and social law issues.
Payroll management:
- Assist the team in the monthly collection and processing of variable payroll elements at the various sites;
- Ensure proper compliance with current legislation and applicable collective agreements/conventions;
- Participate in the management of payroll-related elements such as paid leave, absences and ensure follow-up in our HRIS;
- Ensure compliance of the elements transmitted by the HR business partner to our outsourced payroll firm;
- Ensure regular monitoring of payroll issues with employees;
- Actively participate in the preparation and monitoring of pay slips each month in collaboration with HR.
Legal Support & Personnel Administration:
- Carry out regular monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments relating to labor law and social protection
- Help prepare meetings with our social partners (Prepare agendas, CSE meetings, BDESE updates, proofreading and drafting minutes);
- Assist the team in drafting and updating employment contracts, amendments, and related administrative documents;
- Monitor the life of contracts: amendments, monitoring of the trial period, maternity leave, paternity leave, parental leave, etc.;

Qualifications
Why are you our TOP candidate? 🧐
- You are currently preparing a Master’s in HR or Social Law and you are looking for a work-study position now for 1 year;
- You ideally have initial experience in an internship or work-study program within a payroll or HR department in the broadest sense;
- Ideally, you have already used LUCCA HRIS and/or SILAE payroll software;
- You are comfortable with numbers;
- You have a good command of the Office Pack (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- You have a very good knowledge of French legislation in terms of labor law and payroll management.
