Job Description

This position shall provide for the following skills and attributes: Serves as the key personnel and will effectively and efficiently plan, organize, and manage all employees of the Contractor under this Task Order. Provides daily oversight of the contracted personnel and ensures quality and relevant analysis Daily administrative direction of all Contractor employees under this requirement; Assignment of staff personnel to appropriate shifts, employment functions, tasks, and duties; Monitoring of staff workload per wage category per shift, per week to ensure contract compliance; and Establishment or improvement of procedures and controls, where necessary, to ensure that all services meet specified requirements Responsible for daily coordination of project activities and client contact to include ensuring resources are provided who are capable of performing financial investigative support functions commensurate with the Task Order’s personnel staffing levels. Position requires PM onsite at a DEA Headquarters facility.

Qualifications

Program Manager position requires a minimum of 10 years of supervisory or managerial experience in conducting complex criminal investigations, preferably in conducting or managing investigations into the diversion of controlled substances, as well as a comprehensive understanding of Federal financial investigative procedures and techniques.

The Program Manager must be capable and skilled in oral and written communications and able to apply these skills in communicating with all levels of management. The Program Manager must be technically qualified in all aspects of contract management and ensure that all tasks identified are completed in accordance with the TO requirements. The Program Manager must be skilled in planning, supervising, and leading, and have financial and operational skills combined with the ability to develop and implement strategies and action plans to achieve desired objectives.

PMP certification preferred.

Bachelors degree minimum.

Active Secret Clearance.
