Job Description

ð Roles & Responsibilities

ð Planning & Tracking:

o   Should create a plan for project execution and tracking of project progress as per plan

o   Task creation and assignment for individual team members and tracking progress

o   Identification of impediments and working on resolution

o   Tracking of cost and effort for overall project

Risk management:

o   Identification of project risks, communicating to the rightful stakeholder and working on mitigation

Stakeholder management:

o   Identification of all project stakeholders, internal and external and maintain the rightful communication channel towards them

Process adherence:

o   Should be knowledgeable of project quality metrics and ensure adherence. Report any deviations to management

o   Should have knowledge on the organizational processes and ensure adherence

People management:

o   Mentoring and coaching team, taking care of training responsibilities


Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

6+ Years of experience in project management

Organize interdepartmental activities, ensuring project/product delivery completion

Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
