Our CRM team coordinates all communication with our customers, which we reach via channels such as mail, push and onsite. Our team creates analyzes and reports with which we can make quick and high-quality decisions, and then derive individual campaigns from them.
As an intern in App Push Marketing (m/f/d) you will support our push marketing team for ideally 6 months in the creation and management of international push campaigns and reports. You follow the campaigns from the idea to going live and help us to win more loyal, satisfied and profitable customers.

- Creation of reports for push campaigns
- Monitoring, analysis and optimization of push campaigns using the usual KPIs, as well as deriving recommendations for action
- Support in the planning, implementation and implementation of new push campaigns
- Implementation and evaluation of A/B tests
- Independent supervision of various projects in the field of CRM

- Economics degree or a comparable course
- Very good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
- Quick learner and structured way of working
- Very good handling of MS Office (esp. Excel)
- Ideally already some practical experience
