– Review business contracts as Nielsen internal financial or revenue recognition roles. And input contract information into the SAP system correctly
Review customer contracts in accordance with Nielsen’s financial revenue standards, and correctly enter contract information into the SAP system
– Complete billing in SAP system per contract billing schedule / billing requests from commercial team accurately and timely
According to the invoicing plan of the contract and the actual invoicing needs of the business department, the process of creating invoices in the Sap system is completed accurately and in a timely manner
– Monthly account recognition. Review related account receivables balance sheet accounts，ensure they are accurate and consistent per company policy.

– Provide support to team members and leaders as required
Cooperate with other transactional work arranged by the finance department and other superiors
College/Bachelor degree holder (finance, accounting, or economics is preferred)
College/Bachelor Degree (Finance, Accounting or Finance majors are preferred)
1 year working in multinational corporations with similar working background is preferred.
1 year working experience in foreign-funded enterprises or the same type is preferred
Basic communication skill in English

Good communication skill in Cantonese
Good Cantonese ability
SAP user experience is preferred
Experience with SAP is preferred
Be able to work independently under pressure
Have good pressure resistance
Proficient in using Microsoft Office
Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office software
