Job Description
1. Customer Management
– Support EDI setup
– Customer account cleansing activities
– Customer Master Data maintenance/request
2. Accounts Receivable and Price Management
– Price maintenance in Global Price Master
– Overdue tracking and resolution of discrepancy
– PIS report maintenance
3. Customer Order Management
– Creation of customer order in SAP where required for service and part orders
– Idoc check, analysis, resolution
– SDSA set up where required
4. Credit Limit Management
– Calculate credit limit based on formula from Central Directives
– Make proposal for EO approval and document
– Monthly tracking of due vs limit set
5. Other as assigned
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields
Work Experience: At least 2 years
Languages: Good command in English, Japanese,and Thai
Hardware / Software Skills: SAP (POE), MS Office, PowerBi
