Job Description

Our WW Sales Incentive team is looking for a Sales Commissions Analyst who has a deep understanding of the commissions process, a hunger to learn, and a passion for customer service.

You’ll be a key player in owning the end-to-end commission process to ensure commissions are calculated accurately and paid in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate has 3 to 4 years of commissions experience, has expertise with Xactly Incent, brings a balance of creative problem solving and an eye for process improvement.


  • Strong expertise with Xactly Incent that includes setting up crediting rules, commission rules, compensation plans and load files.
  • Maintaining the core data requirements in Xactly Incent for calculating sales commissions (i.e., sales hierarchy, target incentive, quota, leveraging data from Workday and Salesforce).
  • Route and archive all signed Sales Compensation Plan documents for auditing purposes via Xactly.
  • Partner, collaborate with business partners such as Sales, Business Unit, Finance and IT to collect data, run analytics and drive on-going cross-functional projects towards process & system improvements (best practices).
  • Research, provide & analyze data. Observe and analyze historical data, trends, and correlations to make recommendations on the synchronization of company financial targets, sales targets and quotas.
  • Manage projects by leading and coordinating groups/resources to track tasks/deliverables, mitigate risks, engage stakeholders and report project status.
  • Identify and trouble shoot system and data variances then help to develop solutions.
  • Protect and manage sensitive information through data collection, maintenance and validation processes.



  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years equivalent relevant work experience with sales commissions processing and calculations.
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook.
  • Xactly Incent (certification level 1) or other Cloud based Commission tools, SAP/Oracle ERP experience preferred.
  • Basic accounting knowledge with understanding of commission accruals.
  • Strong organization, analytical, operational and problem-solving skills.
  • Extremely detail oriented, well organized, high standard of accuracy, ability to multi-task  Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities both independently and with cross functional teams
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Salesforce and Workday experience
